    You hear these people complaining about corporations having to pay taxes without having a vote, so by that logic it's justified in their minds.

    Still, one corporation, one vote - not that big of a margin. In practical terms it wouldn't make that big a difference. The issue is the symbolism, and the legal precedents that would follow from it.

    Still, I'd love to a see a corporation forced to come up with a birth certificate, proof of citizenship (do multinationals qualify?), valid proof of address, etc. etc.
