    "eat healthy for life" attitude. MY mom did very well on WW, as long as she stuck with it. And when she was on it, so were the rest of us - she wasn't going to cook two different dinners after working all day!

    I have some friends who go on every fad diet that comes along; currently one of them is doing something that involves taking drops which she gets from a doctor, who claims they are HGH. It would be bad enough if that were true, but the effects she reports - appetite suppression, increased energy, mood elevation - sound just like old-fashioned amphetamines to me. And the diet itself is horrifying - very restrictive, even of fruits and vegetables. I doubt she eats more than 500 cal/day. I am really worried about her.
