    to you and your family.  Even when we know the end is near, it's never easy to lose our mom.

    Sometimes, people choose when to let go.  I worked for several years in a hospital.  I can't tell you how many times someone at death's door waited until that final relative came in from parts unknown, and died quietly soon after.  My own mother waited until my father went out for an hour.  She'd been in a coma for four days with no change.  The minute his car pulled away, she started going and was gone before he returned.
