    and at the same facility.  So in official training this would never happen but only in private training?  What comfort is that in reality?  Guns do misfire, if we assume only perfect conditions, perfect handling, perfect understanding, guns are perfectly safe.  But in the real world, misfires must be anticipated, as can any number of handling errors, such as leaving the gun out somewhere, it being stolen, etc.   Which means every gun is a potential danger, regardless of certifications, training or intention.   The more guns around in the school, the more likely it becomes that one will misfire or be misused.
