  •  It is an awesome time for podcasts. (7+ / 0-)

Simplify has done an awesome job above posting weblinks for great liberal shows.

For anyone interested, I've also found that a great way to get a boatload of liberal podcasts is on Stitcher.com (full disclosure: I have a show on Stitcher).

If you start listening to a liberal show on Stitcher, when it is done, it will keep queuing up more liberal shows.  Many times I have gone to bed listening to a show on Stitcher on my Kindle Fire and when I wake up, I am hearing some cool liberal show that I've never listened to before.

Stitcher has Kagro in the Morning and Majority Report, plus it has The Best of the Left podcast in its "Liberal Politics" section.  You can also find the other shows mentioned by Simply on Stitcher by using the search window at the top of the Stitcher web site.

It also has dozens of other liberal shows too. I keep finding new ones as I have time to listen to them.

To find a boatload of liberal podcasts, including Kagro's (David Waldman's) podcasts, in one place:

    1. On your computer, go to www.stitcher.com
    2. Click on Listen
    3. If you haven't been there before, you can log in with your Facebook login. I think you can also cancel out of that screen if you want.
    4. Click on "Browse Shows"
    5. Click on "News & Politics"
    6. Click on "Liberal Politics"
    7. Scroll through the list and click on something you like, such as "Daily Kos Radio".

David is very good about getting his podcasts up soon after the show.  If you log in, you can create a favorites list of the shows you like.

You can also listen to Stitcher on smart phones and other devices (like my Kindle). If you're interested in that, follow the instructions below that I stole from David's diary to make sure to help out David and Daily Kos Radio.

Or if you prefer, why not download the Stitcher app on your favorite mobile device, and search for the Netroots Radio live stream? And hey, when you do, be sure to sign up with the promo code DAILYKOS, and earn Daily Kos Radio $1 in the Stitcher affiliate program!

Or is it Fripp & Steve?  I really enjoy them and usually listen to their podcast sometime on the weekend - at work by the time they come on.  They have an interesting take on things.

Everything is easy if you don't know what you're talking about.

Fripp and Steve are Tuesdays at noon/9 am Pacific.

They attempt to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.

        Steve is the smarter one.

Better get back to the web. The internet isn't going to surf itself.
