David, listen at work everyday, but sporadically during each two hour show since one has to get their work done.

I have to say, Kagro with my morning coffee makes for a great start to the day.  Its a rare pleasure to listen to intelligent talk radio for a refreshing change.  I have to say I learned more about how Congress works from a week of your shows, than I did during a whole semester of my US Government college course, way back when.  Thank You so much for the show and your equally great posts on Congress and Gun Safety.  Hope you can keep it up and get more listeners.

One small suggestion.  I was wondering if you could use the Show's comment thread to interact with listeners?  For example, what about asking for listener's to post their opinions on a topic in the comment thread and then read some that interest you on the air with your 2 cents added in.  Might be a way to get some discussions going with interested listeners (like me).

Love the Show!  Keep It Up!

    •  I would like to do that. (5+ / 0-)

It's just tough to monitor so many screens at once. I have Twitter going, my email going, Skype going, the FANS.FM phone lines app going, my Pocket reader going, plus the front page open and various stories I've opened up from other people's links.

      I've also found I'm terrible at typing one thing and saying another. So I end up s-l-o-w-l-y   r-e-a-d-i-n-g   a-l-o-u-d   w-h-a-t   I-'-m   t-y-p-i-n-g.

pages are great for that. Not everyone is a big fan of Google (and I would count myself among those), but sometimes you have to suck it up to take advantage of the technology.
We have Our Page on there, and I think the 'Google Hangout' on those pages would be a good spot for a live chat during the show.
Other places to incorporate chat would be LiveStream or Ustream using their chat rooms.
