    that the only way to reform health care insurance is to regulate the market so greedy companies do not gouge the system.  If private insurance companies want to offer Medicaid they must be restricted to administrative costs at the current levels as the government's.   They must provide the same level of health care or more as the government presently does.  The fact is that the government now administers an efficient and cost effective health care system which is improving under the provisions of Obamacare, so there should be no reason the private sector could not do the same if they will only forgo criminal profits.

      It is a health insurance system. Through Medicaid and Medicare, the government administers an efficient and cost effective health insurance system -- a way to pay the bills. But the health care system is still bloated with lots of greedy people skimming off too much profit (even if they claim to be "non profit").
