    skillet is great to stir fry with. I did a number of extra seasonings with flax seed oil which I guess leaves a maximum of durable lubricants on the surface.

    Scrambled egg is just silly on this thing; get the skillet hot, add a little oil (if stir frying I like to mix a little peanut and sesame), shove in your scrambled egg and it's done and totally releaseable in 15 or 20 seconds.

    When I stir fry I like to do it in 3 stages: the raw scrambled egg then remove, raw hard veggies then remove, then the raw meat or fish. Once I see they're done, some more oils and dump cooked basmati rice on top along with the other cooked stuff and any sensitive veggies like mushrooms, minute or very few.

    My mouth would love a heaping plate of this or your recipe, but the tummy's in recovery so after the 1 oz of beef I had for supper with several of rice, I think I'll limit myself to a few potato chips. But it sure is great for a recipe to make me hungry again. Next week.
