    continue to be.

At first it's tempting to think that this is an isolated insanity, with only these legislators, and while it's possible, my first suspicion is that its another ALEC type strategy that may start appearing in slightly different scenarios in other states.  Living in a blood red state, I've seen these crazy bills introduced that years ago I thought only originated in state until a year or so later discovered they were everywhere.

No fault divorce could well be a new area of activism from the fundamentalist family values coaltions, especially since the bashing GLBTs is no longer so successful.  Not that they will quit that either, but I'm sure that they have long lists of waiting proposals.

It doesn't stand a chance of passing, but they don't really care about that initially with most of their proposals, nor that they will be struck down by the courts even.  That's happened numerous times here with various abortion bills.

More: Some men think the Earth is round, others think it flat; it is a matter capable of question. But if it is flat, will the King's command make it round? And if it is round, will the King's command flatten it?
