    reform weren't there.  Not "necessarily" Reid's fault. The entrenched just would not be moved and Reid doesn't have much of a cudgel against people like Feinstein, Durbin, Levin.  (Feinstein just won reelction handily.)   How ironic that Durbin who is PART OF THE PROBLEM now realizes there's no "gentlemen" in Gentlemen's Agreement.

    That said, there's NO REASON for Reid to not go nuclear right now. This game needs to be over as of yesterday and Reid needs to make it happen.

      Please provide a link that shows Durbin as part of the problem.  I think this is incorrect.

      As for those 'entrenched', there are ways a the Leader can end that.  Reid was against filibuster reform himself, and that was the problem.
