    That's my guess anyway. But she can and WILL be questioned about response in the deposition.

    O'Mara can simply ask: Where were you treated?

    She'll have to plead the 5th unless the prosecution offers her immunity. Either way, the jury is going to know that she lied. And you can parse through the ambiguity of BDLR's question and her response to make it seem as though the was telling the truth. The problem is that she was recording specifically saying during the Crump interview that her mother took her to the hospital. And we've seen Mr. Crump (and his associates) on the news saying the same thing. And we've got a statement from a "family member" saying DeeDee got an EKG.

    So if she's telling the truth, where are the medical records?

      When she spoke with Crump. They won't be able to impeach her. I am sure they will do their best to bully her when she is on the stand. Question is how well that will sit with a jury, watching another teenager being bullied by old white men.

       Judge Nelson's reaction when she realized what was going on, may be an indication.
