    of time. So, they waste it with impunity. So, perhaps they have to be made to feel the consequences in terms of fatigue and pleasurable things left undone when they waste time indulging their love for gossip mongering.
    Let's not call them fillibusters (breakers of female horses?) and call them gossip mongers instead. 'Cause that's what they are about.

    We organize governments to deliver services and prevent abuse.
