      Happens all the time in law offices where employees have access to boilerplate forms.

      I have never heard of notarizing a copy of an original. That's not what notaries do.  You can't really do anything with a copy - the court certainly doesn't want it.

      Mom would have been better off with recent advice in the state of her residence, but folks don't want to pay for the services of a lawyer.

      at work when it was done and I was present when she thanked him for doing it. He said he was glad to help as he walked away from her desk with the will in his hand (but I don't have video of that happening). So, I'm SOL on that. I find it odd that he's doing this. He's acting a bit bitter if you ask me. At any rate, I thought she had it redone in her new Florida County around 2008. I guess not.
