    The line at the post office is almost always out the door.

    The line at the UPS store never is.

    Almost anything I mail costs less than it would cost to send it UPS or FedEx.

    The only thing I can get at the UPS store that I can't get at the post office is having packaging done. They will box things up for me, and the post office doesn't do that.

    If they DID offer that service, they would need another facility because they just don't have the room now - and I doubt many places do. They'd also have to set up a separate line, because it would take much longer than just mailing a package or buying stamps and money orders.
