similar to the debacle in the neighboring Blue Earth County where the Mankato State Football coach was charged with child porn when the evidence clearly showed that is was a situation where one of the children "ran" into a scene they were filming in a state of undress to cause mischief (7 year old boys are known to cause mischief)

The prosecutor kept saying" I have to apply the law- no exceptions." The judge threw out the case but not before the coach's career had been ruined.

but the actuality is just as bad.

There really should be an abuse of process action in cases like this.

It is a disgraceful case of prosecutorial over reach where it is plain that no crime was committed.

I hope that the quality of debate will improve,
but I fear we will remain Democrats.

I thought at the time it was pure bullshite.

I don't know of any child anywhere of an innocent age who doesn't run around nude when they can.  They came out of the womb naked, something in their brain remembers being warm and naked and to them it's a natural state of being.

The "shame" switch over being nude doesn't come on until they've been brainwashed long enough that they figure out it's somehow 'wrong' to be nude.

Who doesn't take photos of naked newborns if they're in the delivery room when the baby is born?  Who doesn't have photos of their own babies or small children when they're nude, especially bathtub photos?  YouTube is littered with them.  No private parts are showing, the videos are totally innocent.

That's another one of those "Duh!" cases that never should have made it past the prosecutor's office and dismissed with the admonishment that the father should have taken the video off the camera phone right after the incident happened.

I'm sick of attempts to steer this nation from principles evolved in The Age of Reason to hallucinations derived from illiterate herdsmen. ~ Crashing Vor
