I may not like the man politics in some of his weird ways but he did us all a great big favor by setting this wonderful wonderland of varying tiers aside and took it from the coal industry, among other piggy types that had their eyes on this turf and geared for exploitation. Now why in the hell can't Obama wake up, smell the open spaces, and put his John Hancock to a document that will save the San Rafael Swell territory from even more ruinous and planned exploitation? SUWA, I know, is really intent on such an act signed, sealed and delivered. The same status should be accorded to Nine Mile Canyon. There is no other place like it on the planet and to think what might yet be lost given the Republican's push, mostly those guys, to ruin the environment for the sake of energy in any form, when for cat's sake there are so many other alternative energy sources to tap? Geesh. You know? Thanks for the secondary comment, high uintas. I guess I sometimes feel alone and frustrated given my outspoken ways by standing up for issues I think we need all stand up for and shout to Congress to wake the hell up before it's really too damn late to preserve Nature's realm, especially her wild, great places.

Treat the world (yourself, and others) as part of a living organism. Everyone and everything will benefit.
