    pursue a course that will obviously get shot down in the courts . . . it's seems like it's what they do.  

    There's a buzz about the President possibly nominating Thomas Perez from the DOJ Civil Rights Division to head Labor and it brought to mind the case that was filed against Arpaio, MCSO, and Maricopa County 9 months ago.  He'll be recalled before that case gets resolved. I noticed in the appeal that MCSO was let out but the other appeals were denied.  

    This is going at a snail's pace and it makes me wonder if the obstruction of judicial appointments is gumming up the works.
    It's way past the point of even pretending to make nice with Republicans.

    There is no existence without doubt.
