    Unfortunately, I can't even google my way to a phone number that will allow me to contact them.

    So I'm not impressed in any way shape or form. I can even google my way to a contact number for Amazon or Ebay. So what's up with these guys anyway?

    The best I could come up with was an email form which you can find here.

    Meanwhile, here's the link to the Contact page for ftDNA with the phone number at the bottom of the page.

    •  Ok, I just sent them a msg via their form (0+ / 0-)

      requesting their phone number and letting them know that their web site is more than a little lacking.

      We'll see what happens.

      •  OMG, read the reviews on Amazon (0+ / 0-)

        Here are more negative than positive reviews on Amazon.

        * Don't waste your money
        * save your $$$
        * Waste of money; terrible "service"
        * Can't get a hold of a person. NOT helpful at all
        * 23and Me is not accurate
        * I think the wait is ridiculous
        * What a waste of time and money

        I'll quote this review because it confirms what I said about no way to contact them other than the web.

        I bought the kit. mailed in test kit BUT after mailing in test kit my email has been discontinued. Tried to email 23 and me but they never answer there customer service emails and have NO PHONE NUMBER to get a hold of them. This has been going on over 3 weeks now.
