    the cute, young, and deserving.

A 50-year old woman?  Nobody's going to retweet for her.  A 45-year old man?  No stories on the evening news.

It appears that, in America, we ration health care by the ability of patients to orchestrate epic public relations and social media campaigns.
And ultimately, that's a form of discrimination.  Anyone who doesn't have an army of volunteer advocates isn't going to get the care they need.

Insurance companies will not fulfill their contractual obligations until forced to.  But one of us fail to keep our end of the bargain by failing to pay a premium?  Bounced out on our ass, and declared uninsurable.

They're too big to fail, too big to prosecute, and they know it.

We do not forgive. We do not forget. The whole world is watching.
