    of mortgages without the consent of the homeowner. Perhaps it would drive up the interest rate, cost, etc but it would be worth it to avoid WF. IMO having a WF mortgage is not the same implication as banking with them or having credit with them otherwise, because you very easily could've gone to a small bank or broker and then had the mortgage moved or sold without your consent.
