    ...regional leaders were genuinely devastated at Chavez's passing.  Overall I'd guess 12 were and the rest were just showing the regard they would show to any departed fellow leader.  (My 12 from south to north: Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Cuba, and I'm throwing in three unnamed Caribbean countries because I don't really know their politics.)  Santos warmed to Chavez but I don't think he'll miss him.  I'd put Leonel Fernandez in that category too--he just gets on with everyone. That guy is going to run the UN someday.

    I thought it was interesting that the crowd booed Sebastian Pinera...booing Prince Felipe I can understand, because his dad once told Chavez to shut up, but what's their gripe with Pinera besides being a billionaire?
