I use Internet Explorer and I have tried restarting my computer multiple times. This has been going on about a week. I also get a very irritating Rate All option. Anybody know what that means? I clicked on it and just went back to the front page.

through IE, and everything looks ok. So it's your computer, but definitely fix-able.

On my version of IE, there's a tool icon in the right corner (below the red X to close the window). Click on that, then click on Internet options. (If you have an earlier version of IE, look for Tools in the toolbar.)

In the Internet Options box, click on Delete.

Then I check all of the boxes and click Delete again. (If you need your passwords, I think it's okay to leave that one unchecked.)

Then I close the browser window and restart the computer (don't know whether it's necessary, but covering all my bases).

This is what usually works for me, so I hope it helps. The trick is figuring out where the "tools" thing is so that you can get to Internet options to clear the mess.

a month.  I can rec comments, though.  I have the wierd "rate all" box.  Also can't do boxed quotes, and other annoying things.

These aberations show up every once in a while but usually clear fairly soon.  THis time, not so much.  So I'll try your leads and see how it goes.  Thanks.
