    big risks. Complications happen with the surgeries that can change a woman's bowel habits for life. Just one example: scar tissue can glue your intestines together so you can never again eat broccoli.

    BUT, if we removed a woman's tubes when we did necessary hysterectomies we'd prevent a whole subset of ovarian cancers that really begin in the fallopian tubes.
