I'm on kind of a limited schecdule. I just got back from "Drac-ville", where the blood-letting ensued. My body is not really liking the anti-biotics much. I don't care, much. They are doing some tests to see how much "flora" is available to fight what seems to be shaping up as a return of the abcess. I'll know more soon, and will let you know what I know, when I know it.

I just found out that Kos did, in fact, call out one of my earliest diaries, and for that I am profoundly humbled, but glad as well. Every word is still true. I'm so very grateful for that.

Thank you all, so very much, for including my little corner of existence into yours. What a gift. Please know that, while I cannot today respond to each comment, I will as I can. I'd love to be doing legal analysis on Prop 8, DOMA, and other truly important things. For today, I'll concentrate (with your permission, of course) on today's antibiotics round.

It seems somebody told on me, and they found out I was once a Nurse. Now I get to give it to myself. That really stinks! NOW who will I blame?? :)

sigh And so it goes, from here in Mule Town, USA.

I would like to tell you that I do, in fact, have a primary care giver, Healthcare Advocate, and Power-of-Attorney who has not left my side during every moment of this latest goings on. Her name is Sara. I covet your lifting her up, as well. She's really phenomenal, and doing impossibly selfless work on my behalf. She is my true friend--and an RN, ta boot! :)

Nurse Kelley says my writing is brilliant and my soul is shiny - who am I to argue?
