    good reason for these exemptions to exist. Our water and air are sacred, they must be protected from all threats by adequately enforced regulations, not intentionally ignored.

      Clean Air Act.   There are numerous hydrogen sulfide emission limitations published in federal and state rules and they are all based on the existing authority of the Clean Air Act to regulate hydrogen sulfide.

      Hydrogen sulfide is a 'New Source Review regulated pollutant' under current rulemaking published pursuant to the Clean Air Act.
