    reining him in.  With all the usual suspects to choose from surely there is one that Holder could make a genuine effort to prosecute.  Iceland is going after two of its bankers and a dozen of their underlings, and Iceland didn't bail out their thieves.  Forget about the Senate.  They are too ossified to do much of anything but retire one by one.
