    seems to be sufficient to sway these anti's - and I believe you. What you may not be realizing is that the reason,  rational discourse doesn't work is because what they tell you are their "reasons" really aren't. There is another agenda at play here; a hidden one. It's not that they are against abortion - maybe they are, maybe not - but the real issue is that as a group they are against a woman (or anyone not them) having control over her own body. For whatever reason, they are adamantly opposed to the concept that women inherently should be in control of their own bodies and reproductive choices. Once you start addressing that argument, then you will finally start the real dialog.
