on water scarcity issues called "Water Pressures".  I know it's on in Chicago's WTTW.

I'm thinking about selling solar systems for homes and businesses given the lower costs now, government incentives in many states and the leasing programs that allow people to convert with no money down.

Something all of us can do to improve public health, the environment and mitigate global warming is to encourage people to consume less meat and dairy products.  The industrial farm animal production process causes the most greenhouse gas emissions.  But, politicians won't talk about this because BigAg and BigPharm are too powerful.

You won't see this on the EPA site or anywhere from our government.  But, the UN has plenty of information on it.  The world bank released a new study in 2009 indicating that at that time, livestock production was responsible for as much as 51% of greenhouse gas emissions.

Most people don't know that over 80% of antibiotics sold in the US are used on animals.

Eat less meat ... refer people to Meat Free Mondays or Meatless Mondays.  If you do eat meat, please try to purchase it at Whole Foods, Chipotle or some other responsibly source that gets it from farms using sustainable practices.
