one is to monitor state RW radio stations and their local programming with automated transcription software that can be searched at the end of the day or week for relevant keywords.

if the GOP rep or opponent or his surrogates are making guest appearances, or relevant legislation is being referenced or made regular topics for call in shows, or dem reps are being lied about  or swiftboated - dems need to know.

as is GOP reps probably feel they can say anything they want on those shows, reach tens of thousands of people, maybe more, with NO consequences. sometimes they might take calls and knowing when and getting calls from dems will help too.

dems can take lies and examples of ignorance to the media - for instance, GOP rep bulldog halfbrain says global warming is a hoax on so and so's show.

it is not inconsequential what those 1000 stations are saying and the effect on the local and state level is killing dems.

responding in real time and can make a big difference. on so many issues dems have been playing catch up because of the radio disadvantage and it shows- responding after the lies have been established.

and making an issue about universities supporting hyper partisan global warming denying RW radio stations could also make a difference.

okay 3 ways- when the local blowhard does a few shows swiftboating and lying about your candidate maybe dems need to start thinking about protesting the station to actually GET HER BACK

This is a list of 76 universities for Rush Limbaugh that endorse global warming denial, racism, sexism, and GOP lies by broadcasting sports on over 170 Limbaugh radio stations.
