    Calling out hypocrisy is not treating believers terribly. Ignoring the history of how many have routinely cherry-picked the Bible to justify their hatred and evil is not being mean. It's being honest.

      all the time.

      And when these sorts of disagreements arise, a Christian's comment will have two or three recs, and some passerby laughingly calling religion the province of childish delusion will have two dozen recs.

      Anti-religious bigotry is the one bigotry that is not only condoned but consistently applauded at Daily Kos.  It's been like that here for ten years.

      A 47% return on investment--that's pretty doggoned good!
