Before being appointed assistant AG in 2008. I can't believe no one here knows that. I went down all the comments and nadda.

The TBTFs were his clients before he was hired by Holder who was his PARTNER at Covington and Burling. This is "in-our-faces" public corruption that should be shouted from the rooftops.

Breuer can now advise his criminal clients about the DOJs budgets. Any proceeding and keep them updated with calls to HOLDER.

This is not the normal revolving door. This goes WAY beyond it. There is criminality in here somewhere. If not that , at the very least,  Holder and Breuer should be disbarred immediately

Breuer is joining his former firm on Thursday, after nearly four years as the assistant attorney general in charge of the Criminal Division. "As I said to my wife, this will be my third first day at the firm," Breuer said during an interview this week.

In the role of vice chair, Breuer will serve as a liaison for the firm, its clients and government officials. He'll resume his former practice in white-collar criminal defense and civil litigation, representing both companies and individuals. "In that way, those are some things I did for the division," Breuer said. "I do think there will be a balance and I'll have to figure it out."

Of course, Obama promised his would be the most transparent administration evah!!!  And there would be no revolving door between his Admin and big business!

Clap louder people!  He can't hear you!

Deserves it! I daresay he does. Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends. - Gandalf the Grey

maybe two in my eyes. Not that I get the feeling he would give a damn.

You and I are probably just the extreme left in his/their view.

Thus, I guess justice and the idea of all people operating within the laws falls to the extremes. But then, hasn't it always been that way in an aristocratic society?

Physics is bulls**t. Don't let them fool you. Fire IS magic.

      •  We've got a choice, sorta (0+ / 0-)

Our political parties are like cauldrons: One is boiling hot, the other is slowly warming.

I always pick the lukewarm pot to temporarily postpone the eventual scalding as long as possible.
