    different, giving rise to a different interpretation as flag burning has long been a tradition in protests for at least 50 years.  

    The tradition of burning the Mexican flag is  much more recent and is associated with various anti immigration militias and their ideals

      Context doesn't matter until it matters.

        which is disrespected by many of the teacher's critics, who fly the flag when it is tattered and torn and faded or at night or during inclement weather.  the message here de facto that it is OK to disrespect the flag casually but not to disrespect it on purpose
