    sociopaths will take note that although they can poses a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds - that they can only load it at home or a range and not with more than ten rounds - with all due respect, that's feel good legislation at it's finest.

    I think our politicians had every right to enact tougher legislation - but they caved.

    They have taken an opportunity to do something meaningful and basically passed what will be a nusance to the vast majority of law abiding, legal gun owners.

      but that's only part of it. The vast majority of experts feel that laws like CA's that tighten background checks and keep any gun out of the hands of those who should not have access help more than magazine and AW bans.

      CT seems to have that covered, and it's another way the law helps.

      Disparaging what's done because you didn't get everything you want is normal political behavior, mind you ;-) and your right to do so, but that doesn't make it true.

        that I thought it could have been so much more effective.

        Let's hope for the best and that our state also ante's up the money for enforcement.
