    JMcDonald. . .some people think they have it, but they missed the mark by a mile. And the Bright Angel Lodge does not serve mediocre cuisine. Its facilities is patronized by people from all over the world, and that means eclectic tastes based on sound preference. If those folks support the cuisine, then that's the word for me. And you, obviously. So it is a matter of taste, but I concur. . .sometimes the brain is not wired the way it should be (wired). Ahem. . .food critics and their bias.

    Treat the world (yourself, and others) as part of a living organism. Everyone and everything will benefit.

      Some people's sense of smell might be more affected at high altitudes.

      Airlines serve stronger tasting wines, for example, because good wines at sea level don't taste as good at 10,000 ft.
