    However, the sabre rattling itself is very common place in history when new rulers come into power. There is no better way to rally support from the North Koreans than to shake an angry fist at the outside aggressors..

    repeated many times in history, the episode is no doubt being viewed from that lens within the State Dept. and that is good cause it means the US will not be too hasty in their response to the provocations..

    I think Kerry is going over there next week. They have to be careful though cause he is young and inexperienced.. that is the issue here.

    Generally, if you want war you don't tell your adversary about it.. you just proceed with an attack.. sounds more like this is for internal purposes..
