There is no rule of law.

The Attorney General of the nation says they actively look the other way for certain suspects.

A complete security state has been imposed.

We cannot travel without showing our papers.  Soon, none of us will be able to vote without showing our papers. We remove our shoes, belts, our bodies are scanned, and open our luggage for government agents.

The TSA conducts surprise searches of bus terminals and bus passengers. Trains too.

We cannot assemble peaceably on public property to practice free speech.  At best, "free speech zones" (out of sight) are designated (and how "free" is such speech behind barriers?)  At worst, riot police use tear gas and nightsticks to rout citizens attempting to petition government for a redress to their grievances.

Our tax dollars are being funneled to the upper crust who shelter their vast wealth overseas, avoiding taxes altogether.

Banks launder hundreds of billions of dollars in drug cartel money without prosecution, but if Frankie down the street smokes a joint, he goes off to the federal pen (privately owned and operated).

Haven't we rolled over already?  OBL said he'd get the USA to destroy itself, bankrupt itself. Instead of standing firm for our freedoms and the Bill of Rights, we immediately caved on just about all of them.

I think the rolling is over... we done rolled. Stick a fork in the couch potato. We are done.

    •  Right you are about OBL (0+ / 0-)

...or whoever threw down with that threat/prediction. It was an amazingly simple take down. There's a new boldness afoot throughout the world.
