    The employer CANNOT ban guns from their property. By statute. That is not the same as forbidding them from firing employees in an at will state. Read the fucking statute.

      And I'm saying you're wrong.  39-17-1313 contains absolutely no provision barring employers from enforcing their own policies regarding guns on their property.  None whatsoever.
