    circumvent the limit by using fancy stabilized cameras with fancy lens setups but want to bet doing that will be considered "effectively flying below 1000 feet" regardless of the actual altitude?  After all, with all those closeup pictures how can they prove they weren't illegally flying low and using a decoy drone with a false transponder and communication relay system to fake being above the no fly zone.
