    You need a much punchier and less jargonistic term.  And I'm pretty sure we already have one:

      No doubt, corptocracy is corrupt. However, corruption is a natural process, the break-down of organic matter into its constituent parts and, ideally, a figment of the imagination, an immaterial structure would be designed precisely to avoid that natural process.
      Indeed, that the Congress is corrupt has become a widely accepted conclusion and serves to dismiss the body as useless and not worth bothering with -- a judgement that leaves the denizens of Capitol Hill untouched. What needs to happne, IMHO, is for the flow of authority to be reversed. The public needs to assert itself and hire public servants to replace the petty potentates.
