  •  Aryan Brotherhood = GOP (10+ / 0-)
The Aryan brotherhood types are bound to be expressing their muscle bound thinking in this mix and it would seem that they basically want no laws at all.  They are not in favor of law enforcement and when they talk about less government, they mean fewer cops that might get too interested in what they might be doing.

Very closely aligned with the thinking of the GOP.  While the GOP likes laws that put away black and brown-skinned people, they are all in favor of fewer laws to control the behavior of the wealthy individuals and corporations.

The gun enthusiasts also have a similar credo: no laws to control any activity involving a gun (except perhaps in the case of someone who has criminally shot someone (tho' if there are no laws controlling any activity involving a gun, there would never be a criminal shooting)).

    •  It wasn't too long ago that GOP=Law Abiding (10+ / 0-)

The anti gun regulation mania that seems to have been loosed upon the world through the RKBA community, which may or may not be taken to include the Aryan Brotherhood types, would seem to be a whole new thing.

I used to associate Responsible with Law Abiding and Tax Paying and other things that used to be considered conservative.

Reading through any of the ant gun regulation stuff whether on Ammoland or Huffington Post now brings up a lot of issues a lot of people seem to have with authority in general, the idea of any responsibility at all, and whether there is even such a thing as society.

When reading through this material, it doesn't seem to far removed from the stuff quoted from Jared Loughner, the Unabomber, Timothy McVeigh, that guy that murdered Dr. Tiller or any number of right wing talk show hosts.

I think there is a general concern here, although it isn't too easy to define it.  Where is this leading?  Bears watching.

hope that the idiots who have no constructive and creative solutions but only look to tear down will not win the day.
