    will be getting the majority out to vote.  The part of the population that doesn't want any restrictions on gun sales and ownership at all will make voting on overturning the law their highest priority.

      You can be elected governor by a majority based solely on the votes of Montgomery & Princes George's counties and Baltimore City, as seen in the 1994 gubernatorial election. And those areas have only increased in population relative to the rest of the state since then and gotten bluer.
