    I can attest that these little Millennial buggers are everywhere. You can't escape them. You ought to see what's happened to the average age of renters in my building. In the past 5 years, they have completely transformed a formerly moribund commercial district a block or so from my home. They have populated the locally vigorous OWS movement, and are making their presence felt in other ways.

    They are a force of nature. Any political party that wants to survive into the future will have to win them over. While Dems are closer to that ideal than Repubs, it isn't assured for them, either.

    It's here they got the range/ and the machinery for change/ and it's here they got the spiritual thirst. --Leonard Cohen
