you wrote - "I think his arrogance has finally caught up to him. "

He has shown no actions where he seems to be responsive to ordinary or poor Americans. In fact his arrogance is increasing.  In three years he might be terrifying.

He is far removed from any ordinary person's experience.
He has cocooned himself from the ordinary American.  He has become a subsidiary of the owners of corporations and billionaires.

He doesn't listen to anyone but the corporate owners and billionaires who direct all of his actions.  We are totally helpless.
We may have thought he would be different when we elected him a second time because he had terrific speech writers, but he scammed us all.

Can anyone point to anything that he has done that has to do w/money (not social issues) for the poor or ordinary Americans? He actually supports sequestration which cuts unemployment checks by "at least" 10.7% while never mentioning that congresscritters take no cuts (oh, yeah he symbolically cut his own by 5% but the unemployed get cut more than twice that).

In what way do you see that his arrogance may be catching up to him?

Actually, he is getting to be quite frightening.
