    ...where it is currently legal to videotape people without their knowledge or consent?  Because it seems to me that in states where it is not, this kind of recording would already be illegal.

      that as early as a decade ago, ALEC was promoting a nationwide legislative agenda to introduce bills in as many states as possible making such taping illegal.  Outside of any question of whether or not there were existing laws regarding videotaping.  Because these are laws that are designed to protect corporations and corporate ag operations, which can only reap the profits they do through the mistreatment and abuse of animals.

      That's one more thing to add to my long list of small problems. --my son, age 10
