    When it was first introduced, it broadly prohibited taking videos or photos of ag operations. That met with lots of public opposition. The bill was totally reworked. There is no law against making videos. What passed was a law prohibiting taking an ag job "under false pretenses." Farm workers can take all the videos the want. If they see something wrong, they can document it and report it. What's illegal now is for someone from an animal rights group to get a job at a CAFO for the purpose of exposing abuse. (At least that's how I understand it.)
