      in swing states and certainly hurt at least Boucher and Chandler, while making the Democratic Party look more liberal nationally at a time when swing voters were abandoning us, all while it never passed into law.

      Socially libertarian, moderate on foreign policy, immigration, and crime, liberal on everything else.

        I've always been a strong supporter of the cap and trade measure. Part of it is NIMBYism too.
