Major book SPOILER ALERT. Don't say I didn't warn you twice.

I'm pretty sure this at the Dreadfort, where Roose Bolton's bastard Ramsay tortured/flayed Theon in the books. We only really hear about it briefly in book 3 and then Theon kinda disappears until book 5. I have no idea what they're doing with Theon in the show being rescued, but perhaps they think "Reek" is a little too harsh for a TV audience or merely don't want to have Theon take his brother Victarion's role as the abundance of characters is too confusing already in this medium.

That should read "...or merely want to have Theon..."

    •  "Reek" (0+ / 0-)

      rhymes with many things.

I have read all the books, and I don't want to spoil, so I'll just say that "Reek" (at this point he no longer identifies with Theon) is not rescued, he is "rescued".

All is fair in the game of thrones!
