    Whatever the motivation.  I just don't think someone who wasn't homegrown would ever see the Boston Marathon on Patriot's day as having any symbolic significance.

        Someone from NH, or way out in the sticks in ME, VT or thereabouts.

        The comment about Boston Marathon on Patriots day makes no sense though. Isn't it always on Patriots Day?

        If anything, I think tax day is more significant.

        Having lived in both NH and Maine, there are several crazed "live free or die" anti-gov't libertarian types that could have done this.

        Of course, they have those types here in Georgia too, just add a southern drawl.
