    They will still claim that it is a general statute not directed at abortion clinics, even though it is.  Scalia created a legal loophole in his opinion in the Peyote case for such statutes.  If you can make a case for it being a generally applicable statute, then I'm sure you can get his vote.

      general statute not directed at abortion clinics when it specifically states in the law itself that it applies only to abortion clinics.  Of course, that hasn't stopped the SCrOTUS before.
