    why would a bomber set his bomb and then just stand next to it and wait for it to explode? If he had burns, he was relatively close to the actual explosion site. How could people smell gunpowder on him specifically and no one else on a crowded street? From what i've read his "suspicious" behavior was running away. What would any other rational person do when a bomb just exploded? Calmly walk towards it?
